All Or Nothing At All (1939)

"All or Nothing at All" is a song composed in 1939 by Arthur Altman, with lyrics by Jack Lawrence.
Frank Sinatra's 1939 recording of the song became a huge hit in 1943, when it was reissued by Columbia Records during the 1942-43 musicians' strike. The record peaked in the Billboard top two.

Jimmy Dorsey recorded the first version of this song on June 6, 1939 on the Decca-label (Decca 2580).

Bob Eberly supplied the vocals. Pictured below is the sheet-music.

Also covered by Billie Holiday in 1959

In 2016 Bob Dylan also covered this song on his album "Fallen Angels".

On concerts he had played the song many times beginning in 2015

  1. Congratulations on the new blog. I would be very interested to hear how you like this method versus using Multiply to share music. I have been thinking about doing a music blog for a long time as well (and even have a blogspot site), but never switched over because I thought I might lose the people I share with that way.

Let me know how it goes...I'd love to hear about it.

    Best wishes and good luck,
    Andy (Hrothgar)

  2. Thanks Andy for your reaction.
As I said I am still experimenting on this blog.
Uploading music on a blog is more complicated than on Multiply, because first you have to upload music onto an URL like rapidshare or megaupload, and next you have to make a link of that URL and put it on the blog.
A big advantage of a blog in comparison with Multiply is the search box on top of this page (on the left).

    1. Thank you Kat,

I think they haven't changed the basic stuff on Blogger. HTML works practically the same as on Multiply.

Ik gebruik DivShare (niet slecht maar soms moeilijk om up te loaden en soms ook wel eens off line)

      en Box

zeer goed, vooral voor een folder.

    1. He Josse,
